Always use Valley tiles for my projects, they beat all other suppliers, hands down, for price quality and customer service. Darren is an absolute star going the extra mile to ensure you have the right product.
Valley have a great selection of tiles and Darren is extremely helpful with the selection process. He also recommended a tiler to carry out our work who proved to be excellent. Potentially a 5 star business spoiled at the last fence when I took an unused box of tiles back for refund to be told that without the original invoice there were no refunds. Rather annoying as I was not in when the tiles were delivered into my garage and neither my tiler or I have seen an invoice. Doubly annoying when you know that the business must have/keep copy of the original invoice !!!! triple annoying as this requirement was never advised or discussed at the point of purchase. 5 stars reduced to 3 due to a rubbish refund practise.Service: Tile work replacement
Friendly knowledge professional service. Is up to date with latest trends in tiles. Great selection on view. Gave me a free sample to check against existing tiles. Very helpful and made suggestions to overcome my design issue.
Great service. Loads of choice. Nothing to much trouble for the owner. Ordered one day back the next. If you're thinking of getting tiles make sure you visit Valley Tiles you wont be disappointed.
