I recently had the pleasure of working with Doleq Carpets for carpet fitting in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their service exceeded all expectations, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.nnCustomer Service Excellence:nThe team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. From the initial inquiry to the final follow-up, they demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. They patiently answered all my questions, offered expert advice on carpet options that suited my home and budget, and never pressured me into making a decision. It felt like they truly cared about meeting my needs rather than just making a sale.nnProfessional Fitting Service:nThe installation team Steve was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and treated my home with the utmost respect. The attention to detail was remarkable. He made sure every edge was perfectly aligned, and the carpet was fitted flawlessly. Even tricky areas, like corners and transitions to other flooring, were handled with precision.nnFinal Results:nThe carpets look absolutely stunning and have transformed the space. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is evident. What really stood out was how clean and efficient the process was. They left my home spotless and took care of all the cleanup.nnOverall Experience:nI highly recommend Doleq Carpets for anyone in need of carpets or flooring. Their outstanding customer service, expert fitting, and dedication to quality make them a standout choice. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects!
What an amazing local company. After recently being let down by someone to do our flooring we looked for a local company and found doleq on our doorstep. We rang and spoke to Anthony who advised on fitters and supplied telephone numbers to help . He also said Linda was very knowledgeable about LVT and to have a chat with her. We called up to the shop to have a look around . Linda was Fantastic, she really knew her stuff and advised on different brands, styles and colours. Showed us samples, brochures and didn't pressure us . Needless to say we knew we wanted to support local businesses and have this company do our flooring.. The work carried out by Doleqs fitters Dai and Dan completed blew us away. The craftsmanship that went in to fitting our herringbone floor was outstanding. We had no idea it was going to look so good. They put feature straps and borders in. The attention to detail was stunning. These guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and and we now find ourselves wanting more work done by them. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now.
Really great service. Much better than from a big brand carpet chain we used before. Anthony was friendly and professional and gave us a great price for carpets for our front room & dining room. Steve the fitter came over two days and did a fantastic job. The rooms look amazing. So pleased. Would recommend 100%
Went in a few weeks ago and arranged a measuring. Guy arrived and measured quickly, called me with size when he got back to the office. Went in and picked the carpets we wanted. Booked fitting and all done quickly and professionally. Good prices I think, didnt shop around but helpful with the things I wanted to know as never bought carpets before. Will use them again when I replace others
Very lacklustre experience from start to finish. Had an email quote of £130 to supply and fit some vinyl Seemed cheap to be fair but measurements and exact vinyl wanted were supplied. Okay great. Then had the guy come round to take proper measurements and quote jumps to £140 for the vinyl and £50 to fit. Okay whatever crack on. The contractor They don't use their own member of staff but farm the job out rocks up and did nothing but moan the two hours he was here. The vinyl wasn't what we had asked for but close enough I guess. The job wasn't great by any means but hell, it's £190 not the be all and end all. The fact the guy quoting the job isn't the guy fitting the flooring isn't a big deal but ideally you'd want them to work for the same company or at the very least work together well. But no. Wouldn't use again. From jacked up quote price, to the experience of fitting it's just a no from me unfortunately.
