Always able to get what I'm after when I visit in Ebbw Vale, great store with very helpful staff who do an excellent job as they know what they are on about to be honest.

Amazing service! Ordered online and picked up from the store today, staff were great and brought my items to the car on a trolley because I'd ordered a lot of Christmas gifts. Thank you so much - would definitely recommend

Good shop. Only problem no one on the tills. Had to wait for the lady to finish on the collection part for me to pay on the till. Other than that easy to shop here

Took a broken item back that I had for less then a day and they refused to replace/refund because it was broken. Because the guy put together one before

If I could this 0 stars I would. Bought a TV from here opens the box and the screen was smashed took it back to the store. Refused a refund or a replacement. Terrible customer service
