Awful!! The woman on the customer service desk/manager woman has no people skills and is straight up RUDE! I was trying to return my shark hoover as it was broken and would not take it back even tho shark themselves said they didn’t have the parts to replace it!!nnShe banned me from the store after I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to due to her being rude to me and not understanding she would not listen to what I had to say at all!!!nnDisgusting behaviournI don’t know her name she’s an older woman blonde hai/grey hair
basically you have to pay to use this store. theirs parking charges. I got 2 back to back fines for going there.neven though I was in and out in 12 minutes.nreason for second fine was because what I bought the first day, for wich I got the fine for was broken. so had to be replaced.
Staff are polite and have a wide variety of stuff in store. Most of the time, can buy and collect in the same day. Parking is also very easy
Always able to get what I'm after when I visit in Ebbw Vale, great store with very helpful staff who do an excellent job as they know what they are on about to be honest.
Maybe just what I order, but 90% of the time you have to wait for it to come into store.
