I wouldn't recommend this business. I had an order for approximately £100+ rang and asked on the Friday, explained what I needed.  I was told to come over on the Saturday which I did. I waited in the que 10/15 minutes then when it came to my turn I showed him my list he turned and looked at the clock and said I haven't got time to do that. There was more than  plenty of time left to put the order together. He obviously was more concerned about closing early than any customer service. I would recommend  you take your business to Belmey on Springvale Industrial estate Cwmbran, who are much more helpful.

asked for 3 bolts to fit rear calipers on my car. Only had bank card but the cost was £2 which he asked me to bring in when I was passing. I obviously will . What a gentleman, got me out of a mess. Thanks

Russell at Prima is a top bloke and if he hasn't got what you need....he'll get it in no time.
