My two dogs have stayed here numerous times and always come back very happy. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Love that they upload photos of the animals to Facebook so you can see them when you are away. My dogs are so comfortable here and I feel they are in the best hands. Wouldn’t put them in anywhere else.

Highly recommended - our pup had a fantastic time and was looked after very well. Professional and friendly staff and comfortable living quarters / play area for the doggies. Will be using Valley Kennels again next time we go away.

First time using this place for my two cats. They were here for a week. Staff friendly cannot fault it. Would recommend

I put my dog to valley kennels and took him back home after a two week holiday , he was very thin and I could easily see his ribs he began to become very sick and I wasn't sure if he would live much longer . Thankfully he's made a full recovery. But it does not excuse what happened to him , I don't recommend valley kennels at all . And I'm still wondering if I should inform the police about this .
