Very poor service and customer care. Booked a pick up from airport didnt turn up claimed booking in for next night! I saw the owner write it in ! I spoke to the owner said hed chase it but nothing happened called in again and asked for money back he said thats not going to happen! I was then told to chase it up myself! The customer service in dealing with this complaint was very unprofessional I would not use this taxi firm for airport runs again!!!

Don’t bother. Have used them 4 times, each time they were late. They always promise to be on time and that they know the address, but after a 40 minute wait today I cancelled. The driver wouldn’t listen to directions and the office made me feel like it was my fault by saying ‘he’s in the area?’

They were great used them everyday for fours days. Happily worked at extreme ends of the day. Cost effective. Arrived on time (+/- 2mins) - but avoid conversations about driver-less vehicles. :)

Excellent taxi service. Hire them everyday for school pick up and drop. Always on time and if they can't they arrange for another taxi service to do it for them!
