Tonight, I ordered a taxi from work (the fleece) like I have on several occasions before. I ordered it at 00:00 and I was told it would be 10 minutes. I waited in the -1 degree weather waiting for 15 minutes and rung again to be told it was on its way. I waited. Nothing. I rung and rung (nearly 20 times over the course of 40 minutes) to be either declined to ignored. I then proceeded to witness another person call the number and watched them be picked up immediately. I rung again 3 more times and on the 3rd go I actually got an answer. I asked the man where my taxi was as I had now ordered it an hour ago. He knew my name and that it hadn’t come so he evidently knew I was waiting an hour and knew full well he hadn’t sent a taxi. He then persisted to tell me that it was on its way once again. The taxi arrived in 3 minutes which was honestly great as the taxi driver made up for the embarrassing unprofessionaI man. As a regular customer, I am utterly disgusted that it was know by the man that I was waiting for a taxi in the cold for an hour and yet he ignored and dodged my calls. Utterly pathetic. I will continue to use this firm, but only because of the caring and compassionate drivers. I should hope that the manager of the company understands deeply how rude this man was and is able to identify and punish him for his unprofessional behaviour.

What an amazingservice we got a taxi to our daughtersprom as munny has a Mercedes he took us savile park moor for a few pictures and then to the venue we got flower sweets and a person to open door and walk her in it was perfecf and my daughter loved it many thanla

Never had such a terrible experience with a taxi driver. He was incredibly rude and aggressive. We were very polite and tried not to aggravate him as he seemed a little unhinged. Thankfully got home safely. The next night we were distraught to find that the same taxi driver turned up for our call. Despite leaving on completely amicable terms the night before, he greeted us aggressively and blamed us for a frayed seatbelt in his car. He then said that he didn't want to drive us and made us get out. We couldn't have been nicer and more patient with this ridiculous person. Absolutely disgraceful service. We are disgusted.

Shocking service.... Tell you it will be there in 2 mins and 20 mins later after numerous calls no answer!! DO NOT USE!!! Won't let me post without a star rating... O rating!!
