Visiting Sowerby Bridge needed taxi to get home to Hartshead Moortop. Called GW they arrived within 5 mins. Lovely clean honda with brilliant driver chatting to us and making us feel like valued customers . Have saved the number for next time for sure.

Booked taxi night before for journey to Huddersfield for time recommended to catch train to Airport (55 mins before train leaves). Arrived 25 mins late. Missed train. Controller claimed unavoidable due to traffic. Unbelievably shocking service.

I have used this company for over10 years. On Monday evening I was dropped at home after dark and the driver counted out 5 £1 coins as my change. They were all the old coins, that can no longer be used. I have just been in to tell them about this and the men in the office were aggressive and rude towards me. I left and will never use this company again.

I split my rating down the middle. I have good things to say where I haven't had any issues (5star). Sadly I also have experienced poor service. Being told 15mins when nothing arrives after 50. My call back after 20mins tells me it was on the way, just a few minutes. Another 20mins passes and I call again. Adding insult 2 of your cars passed with spare seats. Ever heard of carpool?
