I phoned Jenny in a panic at 9pm after being told the hire car company would not release the car I had booked weeks in advance. Jenny calmed me down and organised for a car to come and collect me. Fantastic level of service and thanks to Joy for making the journey back so much fun. Would highly recommend

Really really BAD service!! Drivers do not know the meaning of respect!! They usually come to my school earlier then the time we book but complain to our staff saying that we were late. Sometimes 'forgot' to take us back to school from Leeds and Manchester, left us waiting in the cold, windy, raining night for an hour without any apology!!! How TERRIBLE is that?? They are so rude and impatient. We are just young students from different country!!! This is not the reason for us to put up with that RUBBISH service!!! DO NOT call their taxi anymore!!! I am not sure is that too kind for giving one star but there is no option for non-star. This is also the most expensive taxi company I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!

Drivers are so nice and deliver excellent service. Could do with more drivers and cheaper fare but other than that excellent. Would recommend.
