We have just returned from Valley Farmhouse and staying in the Tudor Suite. It was fantastic warm and cosy totally relaxing. Thank you for all the extra touches. These make the stay with you extra special. We will diffently be back.

Such a charming place. Nested in beautiful countryside, the building has history and character to spare. The hosts make a wholesome breakfast and give a warm welcome. A wonderful place for rest after a day of exploring the area- The bed is so comfy!

Fantastic B&B, the owners are very hospitable and were accomodating when we had to cancel and rebook due to an illness. Breakfast was lovely, pork products and eggs from the farm. 5* would love to go back and stay for longer.

A lovely nice secluded quiet and peaceful getaway just outside of Beccles! We stayed in the main suite which was amazing. Has all the amenities that you would expect and so many little touches which constantly surprise you as you find your way around the rooms. The hosts are delightful and I would highly recommend this beaut!
