She went above and beyond to help coordinate my urgent request for my son’s chipped tooth to be repaired. Debbie took a proactive approach, promptly returning my call and ensuring we were booked in quickly.nnWhat really stood out was her thoughtful follow-up: even though I was already due to visit the practice, she called to update me personally and inform me that she had raised a request with the practice manager for our family to be considered for re-registration, having been away from the practice for a couple of years. Their policy was brought to my attention today.nnHer service was not only courteous and professional but also genuinely caring and proactive. Debbie is a true asset to the practice, and her efforts made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Thank you!

Yet again another super service at Valley Dental Practice. Prompt service, clear information, gentle treatment and super with our daughter too. Today I had a treatment and Inderpal and her assistant were brilliant. No pain and they were very understanding of a super nervous patient. Thank you.
