I had a great time here with my husband eating our sunday breakfast. The staff was friendly. Great choice of bread and snacks. The cakes looks also very tasty I will definitely try some next time. Highly recommended
Walking past, early December, Brunchtime, Tuesday, Smoked Turkey Sandwich sign outside. Why not? Popped in here for the Turkey and a coffee. Place was full of Mums "wot" lunch and laptop-people where a single coffee can be made to last about four hours - three separate groups around me seemingly talking about Public Relations and Marketing Campaigns. Once upon a time cash was king - here, they can't even be bothered to accept it as payment, they're still using Covid as an excuse. Local annoyances aside, the Sandwich was deep-filled, deliciously smokey and jammy and the latte; hot, frothy marvellousness.
Ok coffee, good colour, bit dilute but fair coffee taste. Music is very loud. £7 for Americano plus a scone. Guess inflation is hitting Gail's hard.

Gail's are 5* for all their products. This store has the edge over others because they have 3 lovely sales staff who are so helpful and friendly.
Nice coffee, bit expensive with cake. More a gluten free choice would be nice. Girl who served me was shoulder-shruggingly rude, yesterday around 3.30. Made it not enjoyable
Gail's in Loughton, 3pm and 4pm left my daughter and wife at the store as they are both not of good health while I went and got the car from the car park my phone was playing up on maps which sent me the wrong way to cut along store short I got lost buy the time I had got to the car park my phone was dead after a hour after leaving them I managed to get my way back to Gail's not sure how I managed it but when I got there no daughter or wife they had become concerned about me and had gone to see if they could find me I went into the cafe explained what had happened and the lady behind the counter put my phone on charge I was then able to make contact with my daughter and and wife all well and safe I would like to say a big thank you to the Lady, I got her name name, but not sure if i spell it correctly, Inga, but she was my hero, many many thanks x
Tried this place for the first time today,not overly impressed. I ordered a decaf latte for my friend and believe they brought wrong coffee over to our table. Leaving her with a banging headache for the evening...
Love this place never disappoints great coffee
It seems every time I order from deliveroo these guys just can't get my order right , there is something always wrong or missing so due to the price of everything and the fact I won't get a refund ill be giving gails a miss from now on, staff at gails.... its a pretty simple task to follow, just check the receipt with what you are sending out to the paying customer !!
