Amazing results for laser gum treatment! Best dentist in my view. Highly recommend for laser gum treatment. Very competitive price. Gentle and professional service. Prior to using this clinic, I approached another clinic in South Kensington, consultation and quote - absolute ripoff, quote was more than double and I was asked to attend so many treatments 8 visits in total, over I am so lucky to have come across Al Faperio dental. Good dental clinics do not need to overcharge and this clinic proves it. Dr Ali handled my treatment and was brilliant.
Arrived for my appointment today to be told the periodontist wasn't in today. The receptionist said they have been trying to get in touch for a month to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Very strange, considering they have the correct phone number and email contact details to be in touch with me, yet I have had no missed calls, or messages of any kind from them. I asked if Dr Rana Al-Falaki was aware of this, as I couldn't believe she'd allow such sloppy treatment of patients to occur, to be told she is no longer part of the practice. Rana was a wonderful periodontist. I won't be coming back to the clinic.
Shocking service, They changed my peri-dentist without informing me then told me I'd have to pay £110 more to see the peri-dentist I'd been seeing for the past two years. They charged me for x-raying my teeth and then said that I needed a wisdom removed by my NHS dentist, they then forgot to send him the X-rays, emailed them 3 times for the x-rays still not got them over a year later. Then they forgot to book me in for my 6 monthly appointment and now they have the audacity to charge me £50 in advance because some customers forget to attend their appointments, even though I've never missed one! oh the irony!! Oh and the telephone receptionist is plain rude!
I cannot speak highly enough of Al-Faperio Dental Clinic. I'm pretty intervention phobic, but after several appointments I trust Rana's expertise & she's addressed the considerable dental problems I have most successfully. On top of that, all practitioners seem to love working there! It's a very friendly place.
This is the best dental practice by far. The whole team are extremely polite and professional, and Rana's dentistry is nothing short of incredible. Resolved a long term issue I had gently and thoroughly. Couldn't recommend the clinic enough. A+++
I was referred by my own dentist to Dr Rana Al-Falaki because of her expertise in gum disease. She is wonderful. Friendly but totally professional and put me completely at ease. I felt that was in safe hands.

I saw Dr Rana about 6 years ago maybe longer as I wanted to have laser treatment for my gum disease. When I saw her she did not take my concerns seriously - and I was not offered treatment. My gum situation is now worse! I wish professionals would take in to account that patients know their own mouth and know when something is wrong themselves. I am considering going back as I feel laser is the way to go - but do not want to be fobbed off again.
Service has gone downhill massively and I can't even get an appointment since January. My last 3 have been cancelled with the most recent one not even a phone call/voicemail to let me know. I turned up and the receptionist couldn't care less. Zero customer service skills and very rude. I will be seeking an alternative dentist and just hope that my teeth haven't deteriorated due to the lack of care in recent months. Really disappointed.
Excellent clinic, have been attending for many years and my experiences have always been very positive. Jaina Mistry is exceptional , very thorough, thoughtful and works hard to make you feel at easy. Lovely person.
