I have been going to this dentist for some time and was always more than happy. However, today, I went to find that my usual dentist no longer worked there and my appointment was with a new dentist. All I can say is that I will not be going back again. There was no concern for my comfort whatsoever. To say that she and her assistant weren't very gentle would be a gross understatement. I understand that when you have your teeth cleaned it is not pleasant or comfortable and your gums will bleed. However, I do not expect to sit there in pain. Totally unimpressed by the nature and way in which the work was carried out. Not good enough.

Phoned up to book my child in, who they have previously given a filling to which was not done properly and the lady on the phone was very rude, would not let me speak and sounded like she did not want to be doing the job she is doing or to except responsibility. I was unable to communicate with her so decided to take my child elsewhere to have the job done safely and properly by a more established surgeon.
