Costumer service was probably the best I’ve ever experienced, extremely adequate. This lovely worker called “Yelena” from what I can recall was not only Very kind and excellent English as she mentioned she was from Serbia, she was very professional in the way she made me as a customer feel very pleased with the purchase.
The team in the store was least concerned about what we were looking for. I have been a tods customer for a long time but this visit was as if they were busy amongst themselves or were not being paid for thier job.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! Shoes started coming apart after TWO DAYS. No apology and NO REFUND from this shop. Very shady returns policy that they offer no resolution until products have been sent back to Italy for inspection...was not informed of this when purchasing. Awful product, terrible service. BE VERY AWARE
Great products, but terrible manager! I believe it was the manager, as she stated so, but she was without any uniform. I believe other members of the staff called her Natalie. Terrible customer services! If you decide to go there, if you see a blonde woman acting like she owns the shop, that's the manager and you should run away!

It's quite nice to relax shopping here without lots of customers. I'll come here again first for nice shoes next time.
No waiting it was quick and instant ; I went to tods bicester and had the most superb experience thanks to Catherine she helped me find men t-shirts and checked my size if I’m stock I like how you get service like when I went to Bond Street the good good service and help to best of ability Strongly recommend this store to shop and get some real bargains ! For example £170 to £52 for mens t-shirt with the tods loafers footprint design. Definitely will return next time Cheers Catherine again !
Phoned, emailed and sent two WhatsApp messages and have still not received a response about a pair of shoes for my husband. Obviously their shoes are overpriced so don’t need my business. Really bad customer service. Wow!!
I must commend this shop on their excellent service, especially a staff member named Zoe. She was tirelessly helpfully, even though we asked to see quite a few pairs of shoes of different colours, and she had her hands full with requests from several customers at the same time. Kudos to her for making our visit so very pleasant! She’s an angel!
Love Tods and have done so for many years but am very disappointed by my most recent experience at the Bicester Village outlet. It was unfortunate that a handbag I purchased was found to be faulty upon my return home. Mistakes happen and whilst they are not ideal it is so often how such situations are resolved that can turn a disgruntled customer back to a brand lover. Sadly not the case for me. Having emailed the store to alert them to what had happened, I would have expected a timely response from a manager within 24 hours. A chap called Josh who was the stock room manager finally got in touch four days later. He was rude, argumentative and not particularly professional. The tone of the conversation lent itself to that of a cheap high street chain rather than a luxury goods brand. Whilst he said he would resolve my issue I had no trust in him and spoke with American Express for advice who were appalled. I was not satisfied that Josh could help me and as the store never seemed to answer their phone calls, sought out the name of the store manager Natalija via a well know professional networking site and asked her to contact me. I don’t think that this was unreasonable given how angry I was and if I was in her position I would want to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Her arrogant response came a week later stating that it was personal account which she did not use for work purposes and pretty much how dare I contact her. I found this ironic given that this well known platform is used for business purposes - it was a financial transaction therefore highly appropriate especially given I was making a complaint about one of her team members. The issue was finally resolved by James the deputy store manager who was extremely helpful in contrast to the other members of staff I have mentioned above. I did however have to fight to get my return postage refunded which infuriated me. The experience was a waste of my time and ironivally they made me feel that they were doing me a favour. Clearly from the many negative reviews on Google and Facebook, Tods need to sharpen up their service as aftercare is as important as the initial buying process. I would not shop at this store again given the attitude I experienced by their members of staff when returning an item which should never have been sold to a customer anyway. Only buy here if you are covered by your credit card should something go wrong as this is not a retailer who is happy to do the right thing as far as customer service is concerned.
