Have dealt with V12 on many occasions through financing purchases through retailers and never had a problem with them. There was one time I had to get V12 involved with a retailer that was refusing to give money back for faulty goods, and V12 handled the issue professionally and promptly and had my back all the way and stepped in and mediated and got my money back and ended the agreement. Customer service was always friendly and helpful and there online portal is helpful and actually works unlike other finance companies.

If this offered a 0 rating I would have applied that. Was told it’s a soft credit check when infact it isn’t and has an extremely negative impact on your credit report even when you never miss a single payment. Seems other general lenders aren’t fans of any V12 finance and will decline your credit applications after using this V12. I only used it to spread the cost of a small dental case and honestly wish I could go back and know how badly this affects peoples credit. Disgusting to say they call it a soft search.

If I could put zero stars down I would!! Absolutely Shocking!!! Applied for a small loan to purchase a watch and got declined, I then appealed and within seconds it was declined again!!. I wouldn’t mind but my credit score is way above average from Experian credit score with one credit cards and no debt. I cannot understand why so many shops and companies use v12 as a finance option because all they seem to do is decline!  They have ruined my Day and now need to wait for few months to reapply as they have done Hard search on my file.

1 star is generous. Awful awful company. They seem to decline finance left right and centre and have a weird policy in place meaning they can't tell you why even if your credit is perfect. And the phone operatives are useless as well

1 star is too many. Absolute waste of time applying for credit with this company. I have a great credit record, have never been refused credit in my life, NEVER missed a payment & ALWAYS paid on time or settled my account early. Extremely frustrating.

Rubbish company, applied for a small loan to purchase a couple of diamonds and got declined, I then appealed and within seconds it was declined again!!. My credit score shown very good . Just close your company if you not deal the business to people .

Worst finance company. They are affiliated with dodgy dealerships and steal peoples money. They are currently being sued by my lawyers

Never had a problem with this work as a retail partner also very helpful staff and easy platform to use and best finance rates from all other companies

Simple and easy to apply. I was approved right away. Aslong as your finances are in order and your credit rating is good you will have no issues.

First time I’ve used V12 and to be fair their really good, the app is usable I can freely check my balance and make payments as and when.  Would happily use in the future
