Dale Treharne-Morgan was the broker for my bridging loan. Dale was available to me throughout the process and always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. He explained all the stages of the loan to me very clearly and continually chased the loan company on my behalf. I would highly recommend Pure Property Finance and especially, Dale.

I thought I'd done this review already but it turns out it was for another party involved they got a better one than they would have.  As first time buyers, my fiance & I weren't sure exactly what we were doing & that time was quite stressful. This was a little over a year ago & I feel terrible that it's taken this long to write but maybe it was for good reason.  Over the past year, my fiance & I have had various conversations with other property owners mostly 1st time buyers & now have a years worth of reflection to add.  Gareth Tucker has been nothing short of a blessing. With us being 1st time buyers & quite uncertain of all that would be required, Gareth made sure we understood everything that was happening.  Also looking back, Gareth was the dear I say perfect combination of personable & professional, having general conversation about life with quite a few good jokes in the mix was a great way to take our minds of the obvious stress that was happening.  Pandemic, furlough, finances seemingly unstable & companies on the other end constantly changing the finish line, Gareth was solid through all of it & helped us come out of the other end of a lock down with a mortgage on our first property.  We cannot thank him enough for his hard work & effort put into getting this done for us during such a trying time & as a result we cannot recommend him enough to anybody that requires a similar service to us.

Mark Hughes was my broker and I have to say how impressed I was with him and the company. Mark dealt with me from start to finish, he helped immensely as I don't have great computer knowledge his assistance made everything run smoothly mortgage was completed in 3 weeks. He kept me informed at every step by email and replied instantly which takes all the stress away thank you Mark.

Mark Hughes had been fantastic to deal with. We went to him after a recommendation, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend ourselves.  The matter was promptly attended too, recommendations made and put into reality. Initial enquiry to completion was 2 weeks.  We were particularly impressed with Mark'a communication - even late on an evening I would get replies to emails. It didn't go unnoticed, and very much appreciated.  Thanks Mark!!

Throughout the whole process of securing bridging finance to enable us to buy our new home, something I was  not previously familiar with, Mark has been the one person whose knowledge and efficiency I could rely on.He has always picked up my calls and either answered my questions straight away or put them forward then speedily reported back to me so I have been fully aware of the way things were progressing. Always polite and cheerful, even when I raised possible difficulties, he was a delight to deal with. Should I ever need this service again  I would certainly ring Pure Property Finance and ask for Mark. I would also unhesitatingly recommend Mark and Pure Property Finance to any of my friends who find themselves in need of a bridging loan.

Mark Hughes was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process of our successful application for bridging finance.  It is not something that we had done before and we would highly recommend Mark and Pure Property Finance.  Mark was trustworthy, responsive and easy to deal with.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Chris Evans who has been absolutely excellent in making sure that my finance was arranged and completed within 28 days for an auction property purchase. Despite some last minute setbacks, Chris worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was sorted in time for completion. Chris was very open and honest from the outset and I felt I could trust him, whereas I couldn't with other finance brokers. I would recommend Pure Property Finance to anyone and hope to use their services again in the near future.

This is the first time we have dealt with Pure Property Finance and it has been a great success. We began our search for a Second Charge Mortgage broker to gain the funds to make some major home improvements to our home. We dealt with a broker called Mark, he was helpful, professional and expertly guided us through every step of the process. Mark dealt with all communication promptly and really did drive our mortgage through to completion. Mark went the extra mile and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their service and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others undertaking their future project.

Mark Hughes is highly professional and excellent listener. The bespoke finance solution provided with an excellent customer service is rare to find these days.
