Rob is everything one would want from a mortgage adviser: quick, efficient, accessible, explaining everything in plain language, and able to think outside the box! Years of experience clearly make all the difference. I especially appreciated his personalised approach (my case was far from easy) and his clever paperless solutions.

I was looking to get a mortgage for a quick move, tried to sort this out online, but the process was painfully slow so decided to use a financial adviser.  Robert Allen was the one I chose.  I have been stung in the past with endowments etc, so was a bit nervous about using an advisor again.  Fortunately Rob turned out to be one of the good guys!  Small front room outfit which means you are not paying for fancy offices, Rob spent a whole morning going through my financial details and set me up with a good deal.  We managed to get stung - gazumped 3 times, but Rob's patience during this time was very helpful.  A couple of glitches were ironed out by Rob who was like a terrior at a bone when the building societies were messing around.  All in all a great service, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking to get a good deal on a mortgage! 10/10

Rob Allen was absolutely great in helping us find the best mortgage for us as first time buyers. He explained the process to us fully, helping us understand what seemed like another language at first! He worked around the clock to ensure that everything ran smoothly for us and we are very grateful for his help. A lovely, trustworthy, knowledgeable guy - we will definitely return and recommend.

Allen Financial Services recently helped us re-mortgage our home and also found us a fantastic deal on a Buy to Let mortgage for our second property. They provided informative advice in the comfort of our own home, were very patient and found us two excellent deals meaning we are now much better off each month. I highly recommend their services for residential mortgages because the best part is that they do not charge a broker fee on residential mortgage advice!

Rob Allen has been our financial advisor for the several years. He's an honest, decent person with a superb knowledge of investments and mortgages.  An invaluable help in building our property portfolio, and pointed us to a great accountant. I highly recommend Rob to anyone.
