Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Penguin enough.   All of the contact I have had with Penguin has been supportive, respectful, clear and transparent, professional and considered.  I have never felt pushed into anything, only listened to, advised and informed.  I have always felt that I can raise any question and that time can be made for me and my concerns and queries if and when needed.  I find the review meetings and regular e-updates really useful.  I received what I wanted in terms of both advice on pension consolidation as well as overall financial planning and am very happy to continue the relationship with Penguin going forward.  The fact that Penguin keeps winning awards and gaining recognition across the board only further reinforces my confidence in the Penguin team, the organisation and its work.
