Just been to the stitch and quilt show. Three year's ago I went it was great lots to see and take part in. Today it was so disappointing. Hardly any one selling. It's one to cross off the list. 😢

diabolical hospitality food carried uncovered from one side of the public area to another -through all the crowds of people!! Plate of hard carrot and pea risotto - yes carrot and pea risotto - looked like vomit. Platinum drinks package laughable ....2 bottles of wine between 8! had to beg for more! wrote to general manager, had copy and paste response. Utter rip off, horrible place - YUK! Go to Newmarket, much nicer!

If you enjoy an overly aggressive atmosphere and the feeling you may be stabbed at any moment then this is the place for you. The venue is fine but the people are chavs. Many are looking for a fight and you'll spend most of the day protecting your wallet or avoiding eye contact with people.

Not geared up for families on such busy and cold day. Overcrowded betting hall the only place to keep dry with a little warmth. Disappointing

We went to the New Year’s Eve (2017) race, and it was very good and enjoyable. There were three grades of entry available; the centre, the grandstand or the premier. We went for the grandstand option, which gave you access to the stands and parade area. The only downside was that it was incredibly busy! Because of this the queues and waiting times at the food and drink kiosks were very very long (in the region of 30-45 mins wait for some kiosks), which meant you missed a race or two if you wanted any food.
