a week ago Terrible service. 45 mins late the 1st time, 30 minutes late the 2nd time, wouldn't use a 3rd time!

AVOID. I phoned to book a taxi 10 hours in advance of being picked up, had to explain where I wanted to go several times, then told I had to pay in advance in full, but also had to pay cash (in spite of the card reader on the counter?). The taxi was then 45 minutes late whilst I was stood outside waiting in sub-zero temperatures.

We were visiting a friends wedding in Marston Montgomery a few weekends ago and the hotel in Uttoxeter booked us this company to the venue, driver was very nice and friendly , taxis clean! Booked on the way back too :)

Rang for a cab to pick us up in Hixon tonight. We were told it would be 15mins, an hour later still no cab as apparently they "got lost" and we had to rely on a total stranger to give us a ride home. What a joke.
