Really nice. Kids loved it. The best part is its good in any weather as indoors. Very clean with water temperatures kept in check. Halal food burgers was a good add on

Just spent a great day at this resort two adults and a 14 year old young person. The place is really clean and although busy did not feel overwhelming. Slides are fantastic however the cues are a little long ( it was half term) we also ate in the cave eaterie this was actually really nice, the usual chips and burgers offer but fine. Prices as you would expect. Changing rooms good with separate cubicles. Parking is free if you show your tickets. But it’s not common knowledge so don’t pay the £6 stated. And remember to keep your tickets. The negatives would be that the walls around the rapids seem sharp and both me and my partner snagged our arms in our way around. Also there are some really sharp drain covers that I court my foot on. Be careful!! Signage could be better. The pool chemicals seem strong as all three of us have come home with sores around our eyes.

Love splash landings. We took our 4 year old who was beyond excited. He loved the slides and we went on so many times we lost count (must have been at least 20). All the staff we encountered were brilliant. We were exhausted by the end of the day but it was worth it. Great day out and great value. Can't wait for our next visit.

This place was nice it had a variety of slides for toddler's and little one's and then some slides for older one's and adults but not many slides for kids that are too big for toddler slides but aren't ready for big slides yet. They didn't have many lockers available for when it gets busy but apart from that.It had a good play area and water play and a few different slides and a lazy river which my son loves. It also had an outdoor pool and a warm spa pool outside.Would definitely go again during a quiet time.

Not good enough, too remote, arrogant and incompetent staff: Hi, we've just been back to Alton Towers Water park as the kids can now swim, if you travel abroad, you will agree ATWP is a very poor copy of what it should be. It's fairly expensive for a family or group of friends, the rides are very simple and there are long queues. it needs massive investment but the owners won't do it and will cash in as long as they can. The master blaster got stuck few times as they've put 2 large adults on a double ring, of course they got stuck halfway guess what, they skipped the queue and tried again, got stuck again. The staff then checked the rings and removed people from the queue with slightly deflated rings, I told them the issue was to put too much weight but they know better. I will never go to this park again, it's cheaper to fly to the continent, enjoy the food and the weather, there are dozens of better parks everywhere in Europe.
