Great Store!. Dave and Michelle at Symphony offer the highest level of service, and their product knowledge is excellent. I've been in the store a number of times and always received a warm welcome. They freely offer great advice and ongoing support.
I love this music shop. The staff are awesome, I recently bought an Epiphone Lil Tex from them, I travelled up from Leeds and was greeted by a very welcoming staff member. I would definitely recommend this shop as they had a very large amount of gear for all musicians, beginner & Pro. I will definitely be ordering my gear from them and will pop into the shop again soon. Thank you all. Thanks folks. Eli

Sorry but I had to take away a star for your 48 HR cancellation policy. My daughter was sent home from school being severely sick on the day of her drum lesson. Lost my money on the lesson through no fault of my own. You can't predict when you're going to be ill. A better idea would be to take half payment as deposit then pay balance on day of lesson. £30 may not be a lot of money but for some it will be.
Great music shop big range of instruments for beginners to professional and great staff to help you. Support these shops cant go wrong getting your gear from here. Studio in the back too.

Absolutely fantastic service! Got a great price on a pair of studio monitors. Upon arriving there was an issue with one of them, which was certainly no fault of theirs, and it had to be returned and replaced. Brilliant customer service all the way through shout out to Dave!, was kept informed and was all handled smoothly, some companies would have made a real issue out of the whole thing. Couldn't recommend enough, 5 stars from me.
Excellent service. As a new guitar player I was given advice on which was the best guitar, differences between the ones offered and absolutely no pushy sales technique. Good value too!! You have gained a new customer for life!!
Fantastic experience with ordering online. My Les Paul Junior Tribute arrived in perfect condition and quicker that expected. Very happy with my purchase and I'll be sure to use Symphony Music again in the future!
I've bought plenty of instruments and music gear over the years from here. I couldn't recommend them enough. They're a family run business and definitely there to help you rather than try to line their pockets. If you want to trade in your old instruments, they'll give you a fair price as compared to other high street retailers.
