Outstanding customer service received yesterday at the Wigan store when I called in to collect a bike I had ordered on click & collect. The bike was slightly different from the one ordered online as the older version had been discontinued. All 3 of the staff who engaged with us went out of their way to make sure our Granddaughter got what she'd requested & we were happy with our purchase they gave us 3 different options to choose from & we left completely satisfied. Thank you all so much for your help.
All staff were extremely helpful despite the store being busy with only 3 days to go before Christmas. The manager, Martyn, went way above and beyond to help us with our query. This store deserves a 5* rating.
Disgraceful company, bought a faulty item and when I took it back they tested the toy even opened a pack of batteries to test it, they make you feel like your lying, I'm never purchasing anything from this place again.

Great Experience at the Wigan Store this weekend. We went in looking for a new car seat and Ian saw to our every need. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and even came to test the seat in the car. Absolute quality service and we bought the seat for cheaper than both Halfords and Amazon. Ian then pointed us in Dave's direction as we were looking for bikes for Christmas and again the service was outstanding. Dave made sure that the bike we tried was spot on and even advised us on aspects of the bikes we didn't know about. Both staff managed the entire process professionally and with great vigour. I can not recommend this store enough and both staff mentioned above are a credit to the company.
I really love smyths wigan, they sell lots of good toys that I buy scooters and other toys. Last time I was there a friendly member of staff called Nathan was helping me, despite his somewhat questionable haircut he was still really helpful and even let me ride the scooter around the store to try it out. Will definitely be coming here to eat again! I love smyths wigan!
New customer because am now a foster carer for a young boy ……this shop is great….staff are so helpful….nothing is too much trouble and today needed advice about Xbox and the guy on the Till was first class customer service…..well done Smyths Robin Park
This place is truly big as many toys you could possibly need there staff are nice and know where everything is because something's are hard to find with how many things they have I found the baby yoda I was looking for with help from staff the store its self is nice and clean and doing well in the covid environment.
I went to pick up my kids present and I was confused a little bit. A woman at her 40s she has shouted at me, " Here is not the Click and collect point!" Thank you for saving my time. Good service .
The manager was outstanding today in a very busy store. Ordered a Jumanji game online and was sent the issue without the card reader. Manager knew the issue we needed and knew he had one on the shelf and swapped it over.
