My time at halfords Wigan .....it as been an absolute disgrace  I have been told lie's from start to Finnish  and I would not recommend anybody to go there   the manager is a disgrace and should not be in charge the saving grace to all this is the fitter lan  he's very helpfull   the rest no where near up to standard !

Halfords was pretty good,great parts section, great service section,fantastic cycle department is really good too.Prices are fair reasonable too,it's a definite 👍👍from me 😃😃😃

Been into store to find out more about the Garmin GPS bike sat nav, firstly they had no idea how it worked and secondly they don't have them in store to buy.  What a waste of time!  Surely a business of this size would have training days!

Absolutely shocking online and over the phone service. I tried for over an hour to click and collect a sledge online, to no joy. So I rang in Wigan store, who said they had one left, I asked them to either save it for me, or let me pay for it over the phone, they would do neither. So I tried again online, would not let me click and collect, only get delivered, useless. So I rang back 5 minutes later, they just said, "it's gone". Thanks for absolutely nothing HALFORDS, you are frigging USELESS!! 
I will now be boycotting Halfords because of there complete lack of customer service.
