Had a problem with my laptop that I needed to fix urgently - turned out to a small thing, but not something I could work out myself. The staff were exceptionally helpful & sympathetic, sorted the problem quickly & sent me on my way. I bought the laptop from Curry's, and when i do need a new one, I'll certainly go back & buy it from them. A massive thank you to the Know How team.

Bought our new television and the staff member who dealt with us was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pushy sales.

I have been into this outlet a number of times, the sales service depends on whether you get a listener or a talker....not many listeners these days. Been in today......and we got a talker complete with a limited knowledge of the electrical item....with the addition of a poor attitude. Now go to the Chorley outlet and it's a better service altogether.

Excellent retailer but their returns policy is not as good as John Lewis who will give full refunds and will always price match.
