Do a google search Argus south wales and you’ll find why I don’t recommend Usk vets.nUsk vets administer the Lepto4 vaccine exclusively! If your pup had L2 they will make you have 2 more doses of L4. I’ve heard them saying this on the phone when I took my puppy pearl there 36 hours before she died! 12 days after that vaccine. 9 weeks old! Her brother Flanders went to Ireland and the vet wouldn’t give him the vaccine as he was too small!nnUsk vets blindly administer this vaccine while playing Russian roulette with our pets lives. Unfortunately with every pull off the trigger it draws closer to the unimaginablenWhen the heartbreaking moment arrivesnthey fall behind outdated statistics and data sheets, using them as a soulless shield of unaccountability.nnBehind the compassionate facade is a business. Just like Merck Animal Health USA needs to sell these vaccines, Usk vets needs to use them and charges us for the privilege. Whatever the outcome they have their data sheets and statistics.nDon’t be fooled, you won’t be used as a good statistic to help stop this vaccine, the only statistic they want are good ones! One of the most caring places to take your pet if it's ill, staff are absolutely superb and very supportive.
Today my wife and I had to say goodbye to a truly loving, devoted best friend and best mate there is a difference. He was my wife's loyalist frien for more than 15 years but is was time for the adults to do the right thing. He'll never be forgotten, forever missed and our home is already so much more empty and quiet.nBut the TEAM at this vets were so compassionate, caring and understanding of our grief. Becky and I can't say thank you enough or recommend you enough. You made an awful experience bearable and for that we give thanks. Remind yourselves occasionally of what you do please?
Always patient, sympathetic, caring, proffessional, and available....trustworthy about fees and charges.nHave used the same vet 'outfit' since 1974 so the practice has grown somewhat. Good to see familiar faces of staff who've have been there a long time, like Sarah and Phil Huxley.....
