Well, I've been driving my lovely Mercedes Benz C220 estate for 2 weeks now and I'm extremely pleased with it. It's not often I venture in the process of buying a car so it was with some trepidation that I started looking at a few estate cars. Having dismissed a few I spotted the Mercedes for sale at Drews Motor Company in Wokingham. It was a good 70 miles from home but thought it worth a look as the photos in the advert were good and the car look to be well presented. I phoned and spoke to David, I paid a deposit which was returnable if I didn't like the car. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and given the key to make my own inspection of the car which far exceeded my expectations. The whole buying process was pleasant and unpressured. David did all the documentation quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Drews Motor Company as it's professionally run, the premises are immaculate and all the cars on display are beautifully presented. Many thanks David. David was brilliant thought the selling process. he was very flexible with our crazy schedule, helped with finance and all the paperwork and we were done in 30 minutes . We were able to pick up the car straight away.
Purchased a BMW X5 from here and was pleased with the experience. David allowed me to put the car up on his ramp to inspect it, and we made a deal whereby he offered to fix some minor issues within the agreed price. He stuck to his word, fixed the issues as promised and gave me a hassle free purchase with added peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Drews to anyone. Trust in car dealers is hard to come by, no messing here.
I had a lovely experience buying my car at Drews. The cars are in a great condition and look as good as new David is welcoming and trustworthy and makes the experience easier. This was my first experience of buying my own car and thus had little, to no knowledge of any cars. It was good that I could experience a number of different vehicles, as I came away with a different car than I intially thought I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and experiences of driving the earlier cars to direct me to the cars I would like. I'd highly recommend going to Drews!
Having looked at reviews and seeing a car I liked I booked an appointment and met David, he gave me the keys and I went on test drive alone for 30 minutes, making payment on a Sunday proved an issue as I was only allowed to transfer a certain amount, David was amazing and put full trust in me and allowed me to tale the car home as payment would be made the following day and of course it was. To sum it up..I would recommend Drews to anybody want to be a quality used car, the service was amazing and overall a relaxing and highly professional experience.
I was looking for a nice care for myself and for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed with the perfect car. David was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. I would highly recommend this service to all .I’m truly a very happy customer. After purchasing the car, he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable.
Very responsive and helpful when communicating via email, they even took time out of their holiday to respond promptly which is above and beyond in my opinion. Upon arrival greeted by super friendly staff who were very helpful with any queries when viewing a car. Super informative and hassle free transaction upon purchase, no salesman BS which was great. The premises were really nice and well kept too. Would recommend Drews for sure!
Brilliant little spot! David was efficient, polite and I actually bought the car probably within 20 minutes. He allowed me to look round the car on my own, offered a test drive I’d forgotten my driving licence though. Once I decided I wanted it it was a 5 minute pleasant discussion in the office and I was on my way. Couldn’t recommend David anymore!
Excellent service both before and after sale. We are very pleased with the car we purchased from Drew's and the professional service provided by the team, we had a small post sales issue which was dealt with quickly and at no additional cost, would certainly recommend.
David is a very nice, friendly and honest seller. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Highly recommended. Great car for great price.
