Dropped my car into service at about 8am. Call at 11.30 on vehicle health check, soon sorted. Service, change of auto gearbox fluid and MOT all done by 15.30. Bill being paid over 6 monthly payments interest free. Great. Thanks Lauren on service reception, nice to speak to you today.
Car major service carried out efficiently and good communications kept on progress and results. Elected to try the pick up and drop off service, which also worked well. Would have been 5 star but Service schedule not signed off and car not valeted on return.
Came for wheel nuts spare parts. One of the lady is really nice and good customer service. Unfortunately, the front desk man wearing glasses seems don't want to do anything. Just refer a phone no. to us and said call directly by ourselves.
Brilliant service as always from Group 1 Ford. Graham dealt with me quickly and politely as he has always done over the years i have been using them. Work was completed to their usual high standard. Came out to a nice clean car which completed the visit. Keep up the good work and well done.
Bought a Fiesta just after Christmas, from salesman Dave Walsh. I had a small issue a few weeks later. Dave put me in touch with Josh on the service department. He sorted me a curtesy car and managed to get me in the next day. My car fixed the same day. At all times I was kept up to date from Josh and the Ford pass App. Both Dave and Josh handled this in the most professional way. Would recommend Wokingham branch.
We visited to look at a Mustang Mach E. Gavin was fantastic and really took the time to show us all the aspects of the car and took us for a test drive. Ultimately someone beat us to the purchase as we delayed putting a deposit down. But Gavin was great and would recommend them and him highly.
Issue with my handbrake wire loom and was quite concerned. Car brought to Ford on a Friday. Josh kept me up to date and said there was only 1 part in stock and no deliveries until the Tuesday after the weekend. The mechanics did not release my car as it was deemed unsafe, so I did not have use of my car the whole weekend. I was planning to drive into London that weekend, thus disaster avoided. Guys did a great job in the end.
I have had the most dreadful experience at Group 1 Wokingham. I had a technical issue with the stop/start on my Fiesta, which occurred very near the end of the 3 year manufacturers warranty. I booked the car in and it was seen by the mechanic who advised checking the battery. This could not be done at the time so was advised to rebook the car in at a later date. A few days later actually on the last day of the warranty I had a warning light come on and the cruise control stopped working. As it was the last day of the warranty I phoned the garage immediately to report the fault only to be told that as they couldn’t actually see the car within the warranty period, because they had no available booking slots, the faults including the stop/start fault now would NOT be covered! I booked the car in anyway and when I arrived at the garage the service department still insisted that as the car was now outside the warranty period they might not fix the car despite the fact the faults occurred within the warranty period!! I knew this was total nonsense and got extremely stressed, arguing that the faults occurred within the warranty and should be covered. Only a phone call to Ford customer services who were very helpful sorted the issue. I was treated so badly by Group 1 Wokingham, no empathy or apology. I will never go back there.
Took my car into Finchampstead, only a year old , so still under warranty. Told them about 3 minor faults that need looking at with the service. Was called in the afternoon and told car ready and 2 problems have been fixed. When I picked the car up all 3 faults remained. Not once did the man apologise and told me that they must see it from their point of view‍ Very poor service Terrible attitude by one particular member of staff.
Really nice people but sold me a shocker of a car. Returned within 30 days. Now been without a car for 3 weeks. Takes 30 seconds to pay them but 7 days to get the money back.
