Over the years the men’s section has been reduced and reduced until, with no exaggeration, about 95% of the store has been taken over by women’s clothes are what was left of the men’s is now mostly home decoration. What’s left of the men’s section is a mish mash of second hand clothes and own brand designs. Every time I go there’s less clothes for men to the point where there’s no point going at all. Whilst I liked the shop and they had some really nice stuff wich I would have liked but it wasn't something that would have been me. The style of clothing isn't really something I would choose so not a store for me but other than that it is a good store and I enjoyed looking around but did find the music quite loud and become a bit to much for me.

Went with my daughter to look for some new tops for her. Good range of styles and sizes.

A nice and big store, great selection of clothing, the staff were so nice and friendly and helped me join UO Rewards and was very helpful! A good experience at UO here compared to other stores in the UK :

staff are very rude and unfriendly. in the time 1:15-1:30 30/01/22 my sister is 7 and wasn’t allowed to get changed with me 15 once we had asked to buy 1 of the items of clothing we wanted, the staff member took it out my hands and said ok your done, goodbye. once we left my younger sister burst into tears. not happy.

Really nice place with lovely clothes for women. Men's clothes are actually for tennagers. My husband laughed when he saw the men's clothes  prices really high even with sale most of the clothes have an exaggerated price. But it's easy to see this is a shop more focused on teenagers who spend their parents money rather than a shop friendly to all.

Good vibes and an awesome layout!  I've been going to this store for a while now, and have never had any issues. I've always had people who are willing to help me out, and even go above and beyond for me. The staff are always dressed in such cool clothing, and genuinely know what they're talking about when you ask them for fashion advice.  I definitely recommend shopping here, and definitely checking out their sale room upstairs - you'll find some gems in there!

that blonde one in the fitting rooms is so unfriendly i hope she gets fired for scaring children and even adults, tell her to work from home so she can’t be unfriendly but otherwise very good shop

Bought two items of clothing 3 days ago. Took the tags off when I got home, then tried them on to notice they both didn’t fit like I thought they would. Decided to go back down to bath the next day to refund them both, they told me I can refund the items and have store credit, or have the money refunded to my card. The cashier checked both items of clothing before approving the refund I decided to refund the money to the credit card used which was my mothers card as she bought it, but as my mother wasn’t with me this couldn’t be done, so they told me to come back tomorrow to refund the items. The next day I come back, they tell me I can’t refund one item because it’s “one of a kind” and they can’t prove it’s theirs, even when I had a receipt. Then they tell me the OTHER item also can’t be refunded because it smells of washing powder, when realistically it did not smell of anything and is just a pointless excuse. After stating I hadn’t washed them why would I if they didn’t even fit, they told me they had no proof of this, and accused me of lying. This is ridiculous, you can’t tell me one day it’s fine that I can refund the items, and then the next tell me you can’t, because of some bad excuse. Never coming here again.

I love Urban Outfitters and I would give it 5 stars if it didn't make me skint everytime I buy a singular sock
