Horrible returns policy. Ordered a pair of 34 x 32 jeans online however the system put it through as 34 x 34. I was told I have to pay to have them sent back recorded delivery a small fortune on top of the £6 delivery I’d already paid even though it was their error. I took the jeans to nudie jeans direct and they took them up to my size free of charge, much better customer service. It honestly was John Anthony’s mistake but they refused to help at all and basically called me a liar. Don’t make the same mistake as me.
I shop regularly at the store, all the staff are always very helpful and the clothes are top quality, great customer experience thanks to all 10/10!
I'm like a lost puppy when it comes to clothing stores, luckily for me the guy here was super friendly and patient, he was able to locate what I wanted very quickly despite my vague requirements. I'm ashamed I didn't get his name and also lost the receipt probably with his name on it. Black dude, if you're reading this, you're a legend, thank you.
