Big store but is sometimes a bit disorganised. Staff are helpful, men's section is a bit small. Lots of choice for women. Sometimes you'll have to wait in the queue a while.

Accompanied my wife around Bath shopping, excellent experience, then got to New Look. Packed. About 20+ people waiting to get served at tills, 3 staff serving (which was fine).. I stood to the side of the till to wait for my wife to pay, little red headed beardy guy on end till looks over, sees the queue of people waiting to be served, and audibly says that he didn't think it was busy enough to warrant 3 people serving.... Then walks off to start rearranging clothes racks... 15 minutes later my wife got to pay for her goods... Unbelievable.

I love this shop it is one of my favourites and every time I go there the staff are really nice I recently went there and I was pleased with what I bought.😀😀

If you shop in this store, go to the female staff. I requested to pay upstairs rather than having to go all the way to the back of the store on the ground floor to pay being half-paralysed and I was refused service because “tills are closed”, but he continues to serve 2 more customers upstairs yet I had a bloody good reason for asking. When I got downstairs I was refused NHS discount on standard basic range clothing when this was falsely advertised and at no point did it say there would be no NHS or student discount. Working in retail previously, I’m 100% sure products MUST be sold for the price they are advertised at if pointed out by a customer. APPALLING service from the guys in this store, thank you to the girls who were lovely and understanding x x x
