Simply incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and talked us through the amazing menu. Our order ended up being very easy, 6 roast dinners - easily one of the best roasts I’ve ever had! The service was top-notch, with our gravy and drinks getting top up frequently. Also the crème brûlée might be the best thing I have eaten ever! Will 100% return!
As soon as we walked into the shop, the staff was very helpful. I told them what I was looking for, and they spent time looking and attending to my every need . Spent more than I wanted, but that was because of the quality service
Excellently executed modern dishes, friendly and professional staff and the set lunch menu is great value. A bit difficult to find within Milsom Place but don't give up, it's really worth it!

Visited this wonderful gents clothing store this afternoon hunting for a pair of trousers. I didn't think shops like this existed anymore with bespoke beautiful mens cloths and shoes and owners who love their products. Any man out there who loves clothes and comes to Bath this place is a must for their great clothes and fantastic service. Without a doubt I will be back.

I visited Gaff for the first time recently looking for a suit with a little something else for my wedding. From the minute we walked through the door the owner welcomed us and gave us customer service I've never experienced anywhere else. I didn't even have to explain what i was looking for or get measured , he sent his assistant to the store room to get a complete outfit. When i tried it on it looked fantastic and fitted perfectly, I naturally bought it. The range of items of quality clothing you won't find anywhere else at a reasonable price is also good. I know where I'll be coming to shop for clothes in the future, try for yourself. Mark
My favourite clothes shop..anywhere. The owner is very welcoming and has an excellent eye for style. He hand picks items from various manufacturers and is ethically minded enough to actually visit the factories himself. I receive so many positive comments on what I'm wearing when I wear clothes from gaff, even years after the purchase! 5 stars!!
Bought a pair of Justin Reece shoes in here last week in Bath, amazing clothes & shoes that you can't find elsewhere and wonderful service thanks to Mo and his team. I will definitely go back
