As a disabled person trying to get around the store was a nightmare! I was either trying to push things out of my way or accidentally taking rails behind me or knocking things over. I couldn't see my way around. Customer service was atrocious! Also when we pointed out that they had over charged us because the tag said a lower price than what the till said. They refused to give the difference back, they just offered a refund of the item. So for my advice, if you are disabled stay away from this store! It will only annoy you and they like to cheat people. Shame, it used to be a good shop.

Useless payment system doesnt except my phones nfc payment. Wouldnt go there again.

Very helpful but product knowledge is poor so were not able give advice on best shoes to get for various feet problem.

Terriblel. No staff to help for 20mins. Didn't know anything. Left without buying anything. Wasted trip from Heathfield😥

They don't give you refund when you return an item. You should either exchange or get in-store credit. Isn't that against the law?
