A great place no matter what pet you have! Dog and cat treats for reasonable prices. They keep every reptile I can imagine along with everything you could need to get started on looking after one. The same goes for fish, birds, hamsters, mice and guinea-pigs! Even hedgehogs! Every animal in there is happy and cared for and my dog always enjoys any treats I pick up from there. Would definitely recommend going in here if you're looking for a pet, some supplies, or even just to have a look!

Absolutely the best exotics shop I've ever been in! Staff where fantastic always going the extra mile to help. Huge array of animals for sale and nearly every product you could imagine for you exotic pets!

I got a boa and Viv from urban exsotics. The guy I spoke to was very polite and helpful advised me well on things and answered all my question very fast even tho the shop was busy. Courier service fantastic up today info the whole way boa and Viv arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend and will definitely be buying my reptiles from this place. Thanks again urban exsotics 😁😁

Great experience, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The animals are well cared for and the prices are competitive.

It stink of mice when you walk in. Behind the bunnies is a shelf thats covered in mouse poop. I feel they have to many animals/ birds in their cages and some are sat on the floor. Our last visit with my 5yr old he got scared stiff as there was many parrots lose inc a very large parrot flying about. Yes its nice they get time out of their cages but a warning sign would be nice.
