Myself and my daughter picked out 2 guinea pigs today. We came away with an indoor cage and an outdoor hutch with play area and absolutely everything we will need to keep them happy and healthy! The girls we have named Betty and Marge are so tame and loved being handled.nThe shop itself was very clean and tidy and all animals in clean enclosures and looked very well looked after.nThank you for your amazing support and advice also x
Great pet shop. You can get everything hear for most pets. Kids love going as its like going to a small zoo lots of things to see. My daughter got her hamster hear staff are very good and knowledgeable.
Decent pet shop but half the prices were missing from items which makes it difficult to budget when kitting out your new pet.nI find it disappointing that they do not sell tropical fish but have exotic animals like lizards, spiders, snakes etc.nApart from that, it is quite well stocked with items although this shop could do with a little competition to drive prices down a little or even have offers or discount when buying lots of items at once.nStaff are quite friendly and they seem to specialise in their own areas which is good but also a bit annoying if you are waiting to just talk to someonenI would recommend this store and I will be visiting again
Staff was really nice got my little rats from here they never disappoint
Lovely shop, have bought a nano tank here, great price and service, fish I have bought since have all been very healthy and strong. Bought a bird from here also, things did not go well with her settling in to her new home, went back to the shop, they were very concerned and offered a full refund and have brought the bird back to herself, we took another bird in exchangepart refund gave us 2 new bags of appropriate food f.o.c, this bird has settled perfectly, he's a wonderful character. Highly recommend this shop.
