Identified what I considered was the right fit for replacement door handles for my front door but emailed sales to check the handles could be reversed from left to right and vice versa as this wasn’t mentioned in the product description. Never got a reply so phoned with the same question. Person I spoke with didn’t seem particularly interested but answered my query. Items did arrive quickly after ordering which was good. I’d have rated them higher but for the lack of response to email and the less than polite person on the phone.
After contacting the company via their online chat, I was advised which lock to buy for my front door. I was assured it was the correct type and purchased it and paid for expedited delivery. The lock did not fit way off and I was left with a main door which couldn't be secured for 2 days until I managed to source another lock from a different company. I have been chasing uPVC store for over 2 weeks now regarding returning the lock and obtaining a refund.
I needed help with an external door not opening and closing due to a lock default. Rang these guys and came out within the hour, managed to open the door and made it secure too. Excellent service and professional.
Simple to order, and very fast dispatch. Well packed. The finish appears to be very durable. I went for a paint finish, rather than plated, as the chrome had lifted on the old handle on the outside. Time will tell, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
A first class product from a first class firm. My letterbox broke at the hinge plastic hinges. I bought an all metal letterbox that opens 180°. Bit of a mix up with delivery, but after phoning up Jack quickly sorted the problem and a new one was delivered within 2 days!

Product was discontinued but thankfully upvc store had in stock. I ordered on Saturday received it by Tuesday. Very quick service. Was worried I would order the wrong one but the details provided by store really supported what we needed and was 100% the right one thankfully. Couldn't fault the product or service
My builders purchased a dog flap from this company and when I went to fit it there was fixings missing from the box. The delivery had been made 7 weeks ago but the box wasn't opened until the door was ready to be fitted which is when it was identified that the items were missing. I spoke with Jack the Director of the company as soon as this was identified who said there was nothing they could do as it was outside of their returns time. He even went as far as to say that the builders might have taken them out of the box. Luckily, I spoke to the UK agent for PET-TEK representatives, Superior Pet Doors UK who were extremely helpful and have arranged FOC replacements so I can fit the dog flap. If you're looking to purchase PET-TEK items I suggest you go straight to the UK agents, as they will provide you with the items you need.
Highly recommended they provide a very professional service. The work was high standard, communications was excellent! All 5 stars thoroughly deserved - well done and keep it up !
