Ordered 4*42 4*16 4*22 3*21 Delivery was 2-3 days, and driver was friendly. Had to swap for another size, but no problem. They don't appear to open weekends, but good enough hours during the week. I can recommend them on promptness, friendliness and price, so quite happy to use in the future.
Excellent customer service from start to finish and great prices too. The personal touch you get from a lot of smaller companies really shines through with these guys! I couldn't have anyone at home when my delivery came, but they were happy for the driver to drop and run and fair play to him, he stacked my order really neat and out the way so my partner didn't drive into it when she came home from work! I just wish I'd found these guys before I'd built my workshop, I could've saved a fortune!
Brilliant prices, delivery and service. Service at it’s best. Robins went out of the way to deliver on a later date an outstanding item, they forgot at time of delivery. Just in time, before the workmen were due. Shall shop again, as got more projects coming up….
With working back in the office 5 days a week, I was concerned with ordering heavy goods with only my wife to take delivery. Our delivery came today which was handled exceptionally well by the delivery driver who unloaded! Can't praise him and the company high enough - especially when their prices and quality of timber outshines the bigger boys 10fold! About to start our Bungalow Renovation so will certainly be ordering everything from here! If you need C16/C24 building timber, these are the go to guys. Cheers!!!

Took delivery today of 40 2x1 battens for a garden project, superb service, would use them again.
Ordered 10 brown sleepers great quality and great price..Nice to see customer focus in tough times. Booked online at 6am on my drive at 10am that’s quicker than Amazon Will use again great job .

Would highly recommend Robin's Timber, very helpful as I wasn't sure what I needed so explained what I was trying to do and they sorted me out, great price, fantastic service and speedy delivery. Have used them multiple times and never had a issue. Also the wood they provide is of fantastic quality. Delivery driver was really helpful carried it all through to the garden for me and even realised I'd ordered some wrong materials took it back and swapped it for me! Brilliant service lads thanks keep up the good work!
