I wouldn't bother coming to these jokers. Service has been terrible. Lied to several times about how long my service kits would take to arrive and being given different information every time I called. Finally picked them up today after waiting nearly two weeks. The chap who served me is a clown. Couldn't even look me in the face when I put him on the spot.nWould not recommend!
Directed to use this company due to a warranty repair. It has been over 5 weeks and the company has done absolutely nothing. Even though we came in and clearly told them that the issue requires new parts these have still not been ordered. Had to physically go to the shop as well because they wouldn't respond via phone. Really disappointed in their service.
I had to wait for a whopping 2 months for a warranty repair that they promised would only take 21 days. It's beyond frustrating when you're constantly chasing them up about the issue, and they don't take any action. In the end, they didn't even bother doing anything with my warranty repair and just handed my product back to me. It's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Bob Richardson tools to anyone based on this horrible experience. If I had a choice I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
Buying battery powered tools for outside can be challenging, particularly if you are looking for a solution that is good for the environment. Specifically, given that lithium will become scarce with increasing demand, I was looking for a range of tools professional chainsaw, pole saw etc that all use the same battery pack/charger.nThe staff at ToolsToday were so helpful in finding the solution that met my needs. They also helped with the procurement and dealt with queries and delivery cost etc. All in all, fantastic customer service
