Upper Rectory Restaurant B&B, and Shepherds hut accommodation

Very unusual little restaurant which allows for a very personal and interesting dining experience. The food was absolutely fantastic - obviously made fresh, with care and sourcing local produce - and at less than £30 per person for a 7 course tasting menu it was worth every penny. Good wine selection too. I will definitely be going back!

I love eating at this establishment. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. The tasting menu is astoundingly good value. I would recommend eating here.

This is probably one of my favourite restaurants to visit. The warmth and friendliness you'd expect from a family-run restaurant but the exquisite food that seduces your taste buds, leading them course-by-course down the winding road of sheer heavenly indulgence. I tell all my friends to visit this charming restaurant if they're in the area - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and am only sorry it's not closer to London as I'd love to visit it more often!
