1 STAR. Would give less if I could. I went to machine to pay £3 by card. It didn't work but gave me invalid receipt. Fortunately I realised that It wasn't a ticket. I tried again and it DIDN'T WORK AGAIN. What's the point of having a card machine when it doesn't work. It also happened to another PERSON I had no cash but a very kind person gave me £3 cash to get a ticket by cash. Anything in preference to being scammed out of a parking fine which the man in a red jacket said I would have GOT all this trouble made me LATE for an appointment and no doubt he was happy to put on the other person's car a ticket as she was trying not to be late as well. IF YOU ADVERTISE CARD PAYMENT THEN FIX THE MACHINE.
Really handy little car park for nipping in to the city. They should sort the ticket machines out though. One is always broken and the other wont take card payments. Sort it out!
The car park is inexpensive and it's convenient to walk to the town centre and many spots like King Richard III Visitor Centre, Leicester Cathedral, museums etc. There's a toilet next to the car park.
Limited parking spaces and its a pound an hour and I think you can only park for 4 hours aswell,
Great car park if you need to do anything in town. There’s also the New Street car park right next to this one if it’s full.

Great parking for city shopping
Convenient and inexpensive car park in the city centre. Ideal for Cathedral Quarter or Newarke Houses.
Good place to park but machines too slow when making payment. I was in the queue 3 mins before my one hour parking time. And while waiting to pay it went over one minute and cost me extra payment.
