A varied clientele visit this traditional pub gone bohemian (which is good). A range of seating surrounds the central bar serving a large variety of draft beers, lagers, real ales and craft beers. Dedicated stage for live music. Nice manager.

Cosy pub. Surreal to think that Dylan Thomas frequented this place. I imagine there would be a roaring fire on chilly days. Bliss.

Is there anymore iconic of cultural Swansea, than the Uplands Tavern. The best free live music venue in the Lovely Ugly Town. The Dylan Thomas snug is a great hideaway if you don't want to be caught up in the many live bands that play here. The bar that bizarrely sits in the middle of the room stocks a great range of drinks. This is a popular pub with locals, students and visitors. You are not a real Swansea student until you have been to "The Tav".

One of Best Pubs in Ugly Lovely Town! Beautiful interiors, very nice exteriors, big bunch of craft beers (local included!), Fair priced, with durable staff! Often music entertainment on evenings.
