Ive always had a lovely time there tbh, reception staff were lovely as were the doctors. Cant seem to understand all the bad reviews. Dont be nervous if you go, just be polite and its what you’ll get in return :)

Worst medical centre ever. They will endeavour never to give you an appointment. Receptions make up reasons why you can’t have one, after you wait at least an hour or two to get through to them on the phone. If by some miracle you get an appointment you have to always make two spanning two weeks to get one thing seen to. The doctors see you for about 30 seconds impersonalising the whole experience. Absolutely appalling, no logic to it at all, really awful when you need them.

Have not had much issues with the receptionists, but they can come off blunt and uncaring. More so I have found the doctors to lack any empathy , giving off the feeling they want you out as soon as possible. Twice I have come in with symptoms that have been running on for months and have had the doctors simply give up and say they can not do anything - despite not having tried much at all.

It seems as though they do everything within their power to make you leave without ever seeing a doctor

Doctors have been helpful for me personally, especially Dr Noble. Occasionally get a grumpy receptionist but yolo xoxox
