Had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely receptionist who was a joy to my daughter, a security guard who clearly loves his work there and then, getting to meet Doctor Mike. Cannot fault our local Hospital. Have used it numerous times over the years for a variety of accidents, blood tests and x-rays. At no time have I waited longer than 20 minutes. Today I called in on the off chance for an X-ray. I asked if I could sit and wait - just 1 patient in front of me. Excellent service.

On the odd occasion I've been here I have always been more than happy but I feel the term "walk in" needs changing to "walk in subject to an appointment". I recently went for an x ray only to be told I should have made an appointment but the receptionist was good enough to fit me. Perhaps the website should clarify what you can "walk in" for and what needs an appointment.

Would rather spend the time up medway nurses rude and arrogant and don't have a clue what they are doing and just palm you off boy had a broken bone in foot put bandage on it told him to walk as normal and the refer him to fracture clinic 20 days later surely walking on a broken foot will make it worse
