Went for ct scan. The staff in the reception areas were polite and helpful. The ct scan itself was handled professionally and respectfully. Malcolm the radiologist and his assistant were fantastic. Malcolm explained everything clearly and precisely to me with the minimum of fuss. I would definitely recommend anyone having a choice of treatment options to choose this place.
I had to go all the way to Sheppy from Rochester for a CT scan. I thought it was inconvenient and a long way to go. It turned out to be the best one I have had so far. It really is an amazing space. The two ladies that run it were absolute diamonds, putting me at ease and talking about my nails, what I was wearing. All a ploy to settle you but it works. Truly lovely people and a credit to the NHS.
I always get referred here for x-rays,,I live in Sittingbourne that useless memorial hospital X ray machine is never working excellent staff very friendly and efficient 5 stars,,if only the memorial hospital in Sittingbourne could be the same,, instead of excuses,,well done sheppey community hospital you do you're self proud
Went to the walk in clinic, no appointment. Was offered alternative solutions regarding recieving treatment. Decided to wait incase of a cancellation, 40min later was sat in front of a Dr being diagnosed and prescribed medication. The staff there were under pressure from the shear number of patients but remained calm and polite and helpful. Well done indeed.
Went to Sheppy Community Hospital for an MRI and the two ladies there were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and really put me at ease. I wish I would have gotten their names.
