I needed to get my copper coil replaced, and the staff here were very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable through a very uncomfortable and intimate process, it was over before I knew it!

If you have an appointment booked here and are feeling anxious or nervous, I'm here to tell you not to be! This clinic has the most kind and lovely ladies working there and will do everything to settle your nerves. Felt so much better afterwards.

Top quality service, amazing, helpful, friendly and professional staff. Thank you so much for the help and treatment you gave me. As for the reviews about having to wait... Count yourselves lucky that we have this free service! And stop being so ungrateful about having to wait a for a few hours! This clinic is fantastic and the staff made me feel so comfortable and looked after, I can't thank you enough.

Warning to those who are new to this service, it can be a slow and boring wait, but fret not, all you need to ask is how long the possible waiting time could be, and you are not confined to the building for that period, so feel free to go out and explore the area or grab a snack to waste some time.  Waiting times can take 1 - 3 hours. Results time is 2 weeks.  The doctors and nurses are very friendly and supportive and will do everything in their power to ensure you are comfortable. Can't give this service 5 stars because it's not something I love going too.

Fantastic service! The staff were so helpful and kind. I had excellent treatment for a complex problem as the female doctor who saw me couldn't have been more kind and thorough.She went through everything to make sure I was ok and was able to resolve the issue. Yes, there is a long waiting time but you are treated as an individual, not a number. I think perhaps there could be a drinks machine placed in the reception room as I forgot to take water but that would be my only niggle. Thank you so much to The Gate clinic for helping me.

Had a great experience with contraceptive implant insertion and subsequent removal after two years. Great level of care. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I went to the gate clinic for second time and the doctor and nurse was brilliant so so kind and just went over and above to make sure I was informed  with everything and treated with such respect and kindness I went here on 9/6/2021 I would like to mention there names as they should be praised in there work  Dr Amita shakya  and  Trainee nurse Iulia Francu  thank you and best wishes for the future thank you so so much take care I hope spelled names correctly

Everyone is always so helpful. I came very close to the closing time and they still managed to squeeze me in which I really appreciated. Very good patient-centred care provided by all staff!

Lovely people made new feel so calm and and myself being so anxious and worried they are so helpful

for a university town especially, it is diabolical that they turn people away midday day once they reach "54" people. it is literally the only place that offers drop-in family planning services for thousands of people, people should not be turned away full stop especially when its something so personal and can be embarrassing
