The receptionist with the blond hair is the most rude person I met. She has absolutely no manners whatsoever. I said good morning with a smile and she replied with a frown. QUB health centre needs to seriously reconsider their receptionist. It's depressing. As I'm writing this, I'm looking for alternative.

Extremely rude receptionist ever never! I can’t figure out why you are bother to be a receptionist. You should go to somewhere where nobody! You have a mouth then you can speak. Don’t show me your gestures. And more if you are working as a good receptionist in caring centre, you don’t discriminate against to other people who has medical problem especially foreigners who visit this land. Shame on your behavior. It is so embarrassing to have such people as yours receptionist in here! Irish not acting as yours way! Not either gentle or decent! Shame on you only because you are sosososososo rude enough to telling kids what is the typical personality of rude !!!!!!!!!!!

I'm surprised to see so many complaints about rude receptionists. I've been registered with this health centre for 12 years, and I have never come across any rude behaviour at their reception, or anywhere else. They're very busy at times and it can sometimes be very hard to get an appointment when you need one, but the people who work there have always been great to me.

Fantastic GP's, well equipped surgery, fairly quick appointments. Unfortunately let down by 2 extremely rude and condescending receptionists. Spoke to me as if I was stupid, ignored my partner and gave her a "wait" hand gesture when she tried to pick up a prescription (there was no one else in the queue and if she was doing something behind the desk she could at the very least have spoken to her rather than giving a hand gesture). If you don't like people, don't become a receptionist!
