Today I've used one of my rare days off to register with your GP practice, not because I need an appointment or prescription, but because it is a legal requirement.
I took all necessary documents and at 14h12 I was told registrations are only possible between 12h00 and 14h00. The reception room only had 2 people and there wasn't anyone waiting to speak with the receptionist but I was still turned back and asked to return some other day.
This behaviour from your practice is nonsensical and frustrating, so I leave here my deepest disappointment for how disrespectfully patients are treated at your practice. Meanwhile, I took my registration elsewhere.

As a temporary patient who has only been to this practice twice, I must congratulate the reception as they are brilliant and helpful. My first visit was smooth but my recent experience has changed my opinion. 
Dr Conway just constantly sighed at me and made me feel very belittled. His attitude wasn't nice and I wouldn't recommend seeing him as he wasn't helpful and sent me back out to see a nurse instead. 
There was no need for his behaviour. 
In saying this I think his behaviour shouldn't put me off going back i just know to ask for someone different. Again reception are very helpful!

The reason the medical centre gets a two is because the receptionist Kim is horrendous, she has no people skills. Sent my three year old grand daughter away, wouldn't let her see a doctor or a nurse and my grand daughter ended up admittted to hospital after A&E with blood poisoning, I don't know what doctor degree this lady has to qualify her to say whether people can see a doctor or not. She is arrogant and ignorant. I have heard of a few complaints about her persona and how she conducts herself with other patients, She should not be working with the general puplic and especially in a caring profession within the NHS. Other than her, the Doctors in this medical centre are fantastic, giving really good care to all their patients.

Extremely poor service. As a visitor from another country I phoned ahead to make sure the clinic could help me. Not only did I find out after a lengthy wait that they were unable to help me but that the doctors are also extremely rude and unsympathetic. Dr Connelly spent the entire appointment huffing and sighing like I was causing him problems and had an extremely offputting attitude. The only positive part of the experience was the pleasant receptionists that helped me fill out the necessary paperwork due to it not being my regular GP.
