"The Ulster Independent Clinic has almost 40 years’ experience in private healthcare, with over 200 consultants with practising privileges across a wide range of specialities. As a non-profit distributing charitable company, any surplus funds are re-invested in the development of facilities and equipment to ensure the highest level of clinical care and medical excellence.The Clinic employs approximately 350 staff and offers appointments to patients six days a week. Facilities include a purpose-built surgical complex with six theatres and over 60 private en-suite rooms. In 2018, the Clinic opened a new outpatient facility which included the upgrade of x-ray department facilities and the addition of a new physiotherapy and endoscopy suite."
