This place is consistently poor. Every appointment I was on time, yet I had to wait for half an hour to see the doctor. The one time I ran 5 minutes late they cancelled the appointment. Also if you go here learn to enjoy ringing up your doctor to "remind him" to do X, Y or Z. Honestly just go somewhere else this place is a joke.

I haven't even met them yet but for prices they charge r incapable of sending out a letter to confirm an appt or even an email to confirm an appt i no idea where this place is or how to get there i have agoraphobia this appt traumatic enough without basic admin inefficiency.

Poor service and diabolical follow up. Spent 3 weeks chasing a simple referral letter for physio

Fantastic place and fantastic staff.

Great Doctors but administration is totally diabolical. As a private patient I spent hours on the phone trying to get through. When I eventually did was put on hold for a further 10 mins and then only to be cut off. Back to the Ulster independant for me.
