We went to find some vinyl flooring and there was a good variety to choose from. The chap at the desk was helpful without applying any pressure. We found what we wanted and ordered on the day. A good visit.
Polite and courteous, customer service very good, came to measure stairs, we let them down, came again, took measurements, rang back with the price of the carpet we had chosen including underlay etc and fitting. Very pleased with the customer service we received. Will definitely use them again in Sleaford.
Great service, very good deals
First time visit and not impressed with shop- apparently waiting for a refit? Don't see why floor covering gas to be paid for in store but fitter paid seperately on the day. Also i have to take up the existing flooring - or pay extra for fitter to do it --and they don' t take away old flooring? Never been to a company with this sort of 'service' before. Confused? Yes. Hopefully will do a good job but confidence levels not high so far. .
Really helpful guys who were knowledgeable and friendly
Fantastic service provided by team in store - went in a couple of times spoke to different people, all of whom were very happy to take time out to chat to me, explain everything and were very knowledgeable about the whole process. No hard sell. Fair pricing. And the fitting job was done really nicely, very polite, friendly fitter who did a fantastic job. Didn't have to but even cut some of the leftoverf roll and it in the cupboards for me not charged for couldn't recommend more!
An excellent job, right from the start of communication the staff put me at ease and gave me good advice And was helpful throughout, Peter the fitter was also outstanding, again gave good advice and good tips, thank you all very much, this will be my first choice for any future work.
Not shopped for a long time cant comment fairly.
Great company. I got free samples of the carpets I wanted within the week and communication was amazing. Thank you for all your help and assistance. Would use this company again.
Laminate flooring laid in bedroom. Super job! Impeccable attention to detail shown by fitter meant a super finish. Fitter very tidy and helpful, everything left neat and clean. A wonderful team all round! Highly recommend United Carpets Sleaford.
